I've installed every decent, legal v3 arcade game I can find. the arcade is supposedly compatible with ibProArcade games but I can't seem to find them any-fuckin'-where.

No, the games need to be packed for either the v3 Arcade or IBProArcade system, and posted somewhere "safe" where I can trust them to be legal.
